What is your Return Policy?

At Outdoor Spark, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@OutdoorSpark.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Pro Package has the super comfortable swivel seat, floorboard, motor mount, a stripping apron, clip on stow pouch and side/stern bag, plus 2 Scotty® Rod Holders. Perfect for the fisherman that already has his own motor. The new Sea Eagle 285fpb provides the fisherman with a rugged, lightweight, super portable weapon to catch fish almost anywhere. This ultra-portable boat weighs just 42 lbs., packs in a small bag and can be rowed forward or backwards. The optional motormount accepts an electric motor or up to 3 hp gas engine for easy motoring. The wooden floorboard provides the fisherman with a platform to stand up and cast.

The unique shape of this solo fishing boat permits the maximum use of total fishing space with minimum total weight. The hull weighs a mere 32 lbs. making this super lightweight to pick up and transport. This same fact means the Sea Eagle 285 Frameless Fishing Boat is our fastest and easiest to assemble fishing boat! As such, it easily packs in a car trunk and when not being used to haul fish, stows conveniently in an apartment closet.

 

Raised Fabric Floor Design

Unlike traditional inflatable boats the Sea Eagle 285 Frameless Pontoon Boat has a raised fabric floor which barely touches the water. This means when you row or motor this boat it is remarkably fast and responsive for its size! It also means that the fabric floor has less exposure to any sharp objects. Made with our strongest 1000 denier polyester polymer coated fabric this little boat is a super strong fishing machine!

 

Rig It Your Way

One of the truly nice features of the Sea Eagle 285fpb is that it can be rigged in many different ways with many different kinds of fishing accessories. This boat comes with two universal Scotty™ Mounts that can hold a variety of Scotty™ fishing accessories but that is only the beginning of the different ways you can rig this boat. You can also attach Scotty™ mounts to the floorboard to hold a various accessories from additional rod holders to a cutting board and fishing electronics.
